DJ for a Destination Wedding

A destination wedding – a wedding abroad – is a wonderful opportunity that offers you dreamlike backdrops and unforgettable moments. Getting married in Austria, Italy, Spain, Switzerland or France? I'd love to be there! For your celebration to run smoothly on the music front, good planning is essential. Travel & preparation time

• I arrive at least one day before the wedding, to allow enough buffer for flight or train delays.
• That leaves time to view the venue and check the equipment on site.
• The departure day is usually the day after the celebration, to allow plenty of flexibility.

Accommodation

• For a Saturday wedding, two overnight stays are usually needed – from Friday to Sunday, as close to the venue as possible.
• If you're planning a get-together beforehand or an after-wedding party afterwards, an additional overnight stay may make sense.

Equipment on site

• For destination weddings, I usually don't bring the full sound and lighting equipment myself.
• To make sure everything is perfectly prepared on site, there's a technical rider – a clear overview of all the sound and lighting requirements. 
• You or your venue can pass the rider straight on to the local event technicians.
• If no equipment is available, I'll support you in selecting and coordinating a suitable supplier, so everything runs stress-free on the wedding day.

A tailored offer

• For every destination wedding I put together a tailor-made offer that takes all services into account: location, distance, equipment, overnight stays and special requests.
• The offer includes all services – you receive a total price with no hidden extra costs.
• A binding price is usually set after a personal conversation or a get-to-know-you meeting, once I have all the information. For a destination wedding booking, a deposit is usually due; we'll happily discuss the details at a first get-to-know-you meeting.
